Below are 7 easy ways to detox your gut with a few lifestyle changes.

Step 1-  Stay Fresh: Ideally, we should be avoiding processed foods at all costs, however, it is especially important during your detox. Processed and fast foods containing high amounts of sugars, additives, saturated fats, and other added ingredients can decrease the number of good bacteria in the gut. High levels of sugar feed the bad bacteria, which can lead to a candida overgrowth. This overgrowth can cause a number of ailments including IBS and other digestive problems. To combat these issues and fuel your gut health, consider removing processed sugars from your diet and sticking to fresh, whole foods.

Step 2 – Get plenty of sleep: Lack of sleep and stress can have a serious negative effect on the body and gut.
