To make your own DIY chia seed face mask, you will need 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, half cup of coconut oil, and a tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix together all of the ingredients thoroughly and apply directly the face. Leave this mask on for 10-15 minutes or until the chia seeds form a gel-like layer. Next, begin massaging the chia mask in a circular motion on your face for a few minutes to exfoliate and promote skin health. Wash the mask off with lukewarm water and pat dry. This will also help naturally moisturize the skin, remove dead skin cells, and promote a glowing look.

Chia seed hair mask –

Achieve luscious locks with this easy DIY hair mask. For this routine, you will need to mix four tablespoons of coconut oil, half cup of honey, and a tablespoon of chia seeds and ACV.  Heat up the mixture for about 30 seconds, so that all the ingredients mix properly.

Next, simply apply the mixture to your hair and let it sit for about 15 minutes and rinse. Apply as often as necessary for improved hair health.
