How to make Tanfiri Donkwa


  • 100g of groundnut/ peanut (roasted)
  • 1 teaspoon of ground chilli
  • Pinch of salt
  • 125g finely roasted maize meal
  • 50g caster sugar


With a high powered blender, grind the peanuts until they are fine and add to the maize meal along with salt, pepper, and sugar. Next, add the rest remaining ingredients to the maize meal mix and finally shape the mix into small balls on a plate and serve.
