Chlorella is fresh water, single-celled green micro algae that has existed for over 2.5 billion years, making it one of the oldest foods on earth. It’s known for its health giving properties such as amino acids, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, nucleic acids, and other nutrients. Raw chlorella has been shown to have skin boosting properties. Mulberries also provide the body with a significant source of protein, antioxidants and nutrients which makes them a perfect snack that gives the body a boost of energy. Mulberries are a good source of the phytonutrient resveratrol, which may act as an aid in cancer prevention because of its anti-mutagenic properties which may be able to aid in inhibiting the initiation, promotion and proliferation of cancer cells.
